Welcome to Farmlelo. By accessing our website (farmlelo.com), registering as a guest user, submitting a booking inquiry, or applying as a host partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically, and your continued usage signifies your assent to the revised provisions.

Guests booking private farmhouses through Farmlelo acknowledge that:

• Age Requirement: The primary booking organizer must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Driving License / Passport) upon check-in.
• Guest Count Accuracy: The total number of day or night occupants must not exceed the approved capacity listed during the reservation confirmation.
• Direct Verification: Farmlelo acts as a verified marketplace and concierge liaison connecting guests directly with private estate hosts.

Property owners listing farmhouses and pool villas warrant that:

• They possess full legal title, ownership, or authorized power of attorney to lease and host guests on the registered premises.
• All property photographs, bedroom counts, pool conditions, and amenities listed are authentic, accurately represented, and maintained in clean working order.
• The property meets standard safety guidelines, including functional perimeter lighting, clean water supply, and emergency contact numbers.

All listed rental tariffs are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹). Tariff rates vary based on weekdays, weekends, and peak holiday seasons.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and respect the surrounding neighborhood:

• Prohibited Substances: Illegal narcotics, commercial gambling, and hazardous fireworks are strictly banned across all Farmlelo listed premises.
• Swimming Pool Safety: Children must be supervised by adults at all times around pool areas. Diving in shallow areas is strictly prohibited.
• Loud Music Deadlines: In adherence to local municipal regulations, outdoor acoustic decibel limits and quiet hours (typically 10:00 PM onwards) must be respected.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to Farmlelo's standardized policy guidelines.

Farmlelo provides a platform connecting guests with independent hosts. While Farmlelo conducts verification audits, Farmlelo shall not be held liable for personal injury, unforeseen electrical utility outages, or loss of personal belongings caused by third-party conduct or force majeure events.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
